What is life?

Is it a transition from a single cell to a tiny creature, that grows up, survives for some years, then goes away somewhere. How do we define the word LIFE.

It is after this definition that comes the question of aim in life.

Nobody can define life for us, we have to find it ourselves what this life means to us, how do we spend it, what we achieve out of it.
